Is your glass half full or half empty? This phrase use to frustrate me to no end until one day I woke up and realized the reason for my frustration is that I was living a mundane, monotonous, existence. It took literally getting hit by a bus accident, a partner committing suicide, and my career coming to a screeching halt, for me to learn to live in the now, to appreciate each moment along the path, and to be even more service to others than ever before. So now I see life in abundance and my life’s passion is to experience life fully, help others live their potential spiritually, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Joti Fitness is about honoring where we are in the “Now” and striving to develop the best possible you in the form of all encompassing approach looking at the whole mind, body, spirit, food, and environment with a brilliant partnership between alternative and traditional therapies. Well this is not a magic elixir but it is a long term resolution. It starts from the inside out. To take care our our insides means that there is no substitute for exercise, clean food and water, good rest, and some sort of spiritual path not meaning you have to ascribe to any dogma but more than that to care for yourself spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially.
